One of the primary corporate objectives of Western Lightwave is to accurately define the specific goals of our clients. By taking the time to do so, we are able to develop a concise outline of the work required. The definition and documentation of a conceptual model, resource allocation, and task relationships are fundamental to the success of the implementation phase.

Each project is broken into discrete elements that are assigned resources and time frames, and then integrated into the complete schedule. The most advanced software and tools available are used to schedule and track our projects.

We determine the relationships between tasks, and track progress against schedule and budget, 0ur reporting consists of risk management quantification. Western Lightwave commits itself to successful project completion through continuous management oversight and ongoing improvement of performance through comparison of actual data versus projected results. Daily, weekly, and monthly project summary reports enable Western Lightwave to identify variances, analyze exceptions, and create recovery plans.

Western Lightwave utilizes standard planning, tracking, and reporting procedures to define and manage each project. GANTT charts, work breakdown structures, CPM reports, and predecessor charts communicate the scope and progress of Western Lightwave projects to employees and clients. Additionally, Western Lightwave has developed an automated project management-tracking program to provide detailed project reporting of work orders, change orders, time reporting, and schedules.
