The Western Lightwave project manager begins working on a project even before the contract is awarded by carefully reviewing all project requirements, scopes of work, and staffing plans necessary to successfully perform the work.
Once the contract is awarded, the Western Lightwave project manager schedules a "kick-off" meeting with the customer's project manager and key project team members to develop a customized project approach including requirements for project processes and communication protocols.
From input received at this meeting, Western Lightwave will work with the customer's project manager to customize mechanized reports to provide up-to-date information on the status and progress of work orders, change orders, and contract payments including corresponding material (if used) and time reporting.
Our success is measured in terms of total client satisfaction and the achievement of superior results in all our endeavors. By fostering "Best Standards" practices of performance, which continually redefines excellence and accomplishment for our employees, Western Lightwave meets the engineering and construction challenges of today, and tomorrow. For each of our customers, we provide strong engineering leadership and management focus throughout the CLEC and Telecommunication network project.
